The barber industry continues to struggle with students unable to get a proper and professional education prior to entering the job market.

Without students, there is no competition or growth. Without a quality education, barbershop owners cannot retain barbers.

This disparity will continue to hinder the industry and the cut throat tradition will continue to discourage potential barbers.
